From the cool Walker Bay limestone ridges of Springfontein Wine Estate comes this handcrafted unfiltered wine. The bunches undergo intracellular fermentation for several months before the wild yeast is allowed to kick in. After partial malolactic conversion, the result is a fully dry wine with intense colour and bouquet and deep but subtle flavours, best reflecting the estate’s unique calcareous terroir.

This straw-tinged white is showing aromas of dried grapefruit, preserved lemons, toasted almonds, cashew butter and stone fruit. It’s full-bodied, compact and flavorful, with smoky undertones and excellent intensity. From organically grown grapes with Ecocert certification. Drink now or hold.
